The Play Method is a philosophy and practice built around one simple idea: we grow through play.

Every Play Method class is designed to build strength, find flow, explore rhythm, deepen breath and of course, play.

Play lets us push past our limits without making movement feel like punishment. It gets us out of our heads, into our bodies, and back in touch with what we're capable of.

An integrated practice you can feel, see, and carry

Five elements

One 55-minute class

  1. 01

    Strength

We build strength daily, so we’re ready when life asks more of us.

  2. 02

    Flow

We find flow to quiet the noise and return to ourselves.

  3. 03

    Rhythm

We use rhythm to create patterns the body can trust.

  4. 04

    Breath

We return to breath, our first rhythm and most reliable anchor.

  5. 05

    Play

Pressure closes us in. Play opens us back up.
