About
A studio
built on play
Play lets us push past our limits without making movement feel like punishment. It gets us out of our heads, into our bodies, and back in touch with what we're capable of.
The Play Method started as a single class in a borrowed room in Venice. Strength, yoga, rhythm, breath, and play, folded into one 55-minute session that develops capacity in body and mind — for a nine-year-old learning to throw a jab and for a parent returning after treatment.
We keep the rooms dark, the music loud enough to matter, and the mats capped at eighteen. Nobody is here to be corrected. Everyone leaves having done more than they planned.

What we hold to
-
01
Hard, not harsh
Progressions that arrive at failure on purpose, with a reprieve written in after.
-
02
Every age
Five to seventy-five in the same building, often in the same hour.
-
03
Rooms that hold
Low light, real music, eighteen mats. Nobody is performing for a mirror.
-
04
Come as you are
No uniform, no prerequisite, no assumption about what your body should already do.
